Helping in Church

In Junior Church we were looking at the jobs people do in Church.

We decided that we could help in the Church, as we had seen the adults do. We wanted to be helpful and play a bigger part.

First we welcomed people to the service, giving out the notice sheets.

We took part in the reading for the service.

At the end of the service we served tea, coffee, cakes and biscuits.

It felt good to be involved in the Church

We would like to do it again in the future. We got to talk to many people and find out about people in the Church we did not know very well.
